**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Manager to join our team at the LEGO Group. This role is based in Monterrey, Mexico.

**Salary**

Expected annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Description**

The Energy Efficiency Manager will be responsible for generating and updating processes and standards related to energy management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring current energy supplies and future needs align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Verifying implementation of energy-efficient processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations and legislation.
  • Analyzing and implementing renewable energy projects to reduce environmental impact.
  • Developing strategies and initiatives to optimize resource utilization, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and installation of high, medium, and low voltage systems, power quality management, and grid code compliance.
  • Experience in energy regulations and sustainability projects.
  • Understanding of manufacturing facilities requirements, including NOM-001-SEDE, NOM-002, NOM-022-STPS, and NOM-029.
