Job Summary

The CMO Technician will be responsible for ensuring the execution of prove out based on customer requirements and project timelines. This role will involve conducting meetings to keep activities on track and the team informed of prove out status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assure execution of prove out based on customer requirements and project timeline.
  • Conduct meetings as required to keep the activities on track and the team informed of prove out status.
  • Support any change management initiative assigned.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are followed during the PPAP run.
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with the QMS (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and quality policy, and also aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and business context.

Requirements

  • TSU Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
  • 1+ year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Working knowledge of quality/problem-solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone).
  • Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand).
  • Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques.
  • Customer Service mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
