About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Daily Logistics Planner to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering daily route plans for last-mile delivery routes, collaborating with multiple sites, and interacting with local sales, operations teams, and Customer Service on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily routing solutions for last-mile delivery routes across multiple markets through the use of the tool Omnitracs Routing and Dispatch.
  • Collect and process local operative data, resources, and constraints as inputs for routing solutions.
  • Support the continuous improvement plan of routing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management.
  • Abstract and mathematical reasoning skills, including understanding of processes, rationale, analysis of metrics, and influence on them.
  • Ability to self-manage to plan and meet a daily agenda.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • English: Professional working proficiency. Fluently speaking.
  • Competency with MS Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with robust planning and follow-up skills.
