Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator I to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machines, maintaining quality levels, and meeting SMT goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate SMT equipment, including Solder Paste Printers, Pick and place machines, Ovens, Through Hole machines, AOI's, Solder mask machines, and Stencil cleaners.
  • Properly handle Feeder cassettes and sensitive components to maintain humidity levels.
  • Monitor and follow up on SMT metrics, including SPC, SMT Placement rate, OEE, and OTD.
  • Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and technicians to solve process problems and implement team suggestions.
  • Maintain high quality levels and meet PPMS goals.
  • Take and control profiles for the manufacturing process.
  • Properly handle solder paste Lead and Lead Free.
  • Follow up on all SMT process, procedures, and work instructions.
