Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to optimize production methods, processes, and equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, efficiency, and cost requirements.
- Design and Testing: Approve the design for processes developed internally or externally, and perform final tests to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support and Training: Provide support to production during internal/external process/equipment start-up, define action plans, and train relevant maintenance and production resources.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, define and lead testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.
- Bachelor's degree in systems, electrical, industrial, mechanical, or similar engineering.
- Advanced English Level.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt/Black Belt).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Management of savings projects (Process improvements at plant level).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of Office Package.
- Knowledge of electrical panels.
