We are seeking a highly skilled Design Brand Sr. Designer to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for inspiring and executing creative vision through Brand Design for packaging, brand communications, retail activations, and visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original design solutions in graphic design to elevate the brand's visual identity
  • Lead projects, establish direction, and manage designers on a per-project basis to ensure overall project success
  • Creatively contribute and inspire designers to establish the foundations for strategic and tactical design initiatives
  • Work with Design Managers and Marketing partners to ensure continuity across initiatives, categories, and projects
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and influence final design decisions
  • Foster positive ways of working and encourage collaborative ways of working

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic or Industrial Design, with a minimum of 6+ years of experience
  • High-level expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation
  • Ability to clearly articulate objectives and effectively elevate strategic design thinking
  • Agility to work cooperatively and collaboratively, share ideas, and develop effective concepts
  • Proven ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-output environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
