ROLE PURPOSE

In Safilo De México S.A. De C.V., a leading eyewear creator and distributor, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Showroom Coordinator. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to our key clients in México, driving sales growth, and elevating the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and maintain the showroom's visual appeal, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
- Coordinate the maintenance and restocking of the showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with the PR & Communications team to identify business opportunities and suggest brand exposure initiatives in the local market.
- Analyze sales trends and patterns, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Commercial, Marketing, International Business, etc.).
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
