Station Manager

As a Station Manager - Operations, you will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station. Your main activities will include:

• Reviewing the operational forecast and determining productivity requirements for sort operation
• Managing a team group to meet all building's goals
• Supporting all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery Service Providers
• Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe work place, properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs. In addition, one of the most important aspects of your job is to lead change at internet speed.

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station
• Assigning job duties and communicating with DSPs, including management representatives and their drivers
• Ensuring a safe work environment and properly trained people

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• English Proficiency - Intermediate/advanced
• Past Experience leading a direct team (+5 direct reports)
• 3+ years of general experience
