Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to lead the EBU Segment Marketing organization through its regular business management cycles. This role involves managing and running five key business processes, refining each process, calendaring reviews, preparing dashboards/reports/tools, and conducting post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and run five business processes, including quarterly Sales Lock, Plan, MSR, LR-MSR, and Market Model.
  • Develop and implement tools/templates as needed to provide required information.
  • Interface with Data Architecture team to create/adopt new tools developed at the corporate level.
  • Conduct quarterly internal post-mortem on each cycle, identify improvements/changes that need to be made.
  • Ability to manage 2-4 business process analysts locally to successfully achieve deliverables.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 6-10 years of Business Operations or Business Analyst experience.
  • Extensive experience managing and leading business processes within large organizations.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of enterprise tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with Rapid Response and Snowflake.
  • Ability to work with off-site management teams and lead teams locally with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with memory market, product technologies, and competitors.
  • Proven record and/or working experience in multi-national companies.
  • Strong communication skills, able to discuss business and technical details with customers and uplevel key messages to Senior Management.
  • Able to speak English fluently.
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, ability to complete tasks with minimal management oversight and direction.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
