The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating and following up on purchase orders for materials/equipment that are required by the departments and ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner to the company's need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage invoices and payments made from suppliers with Prodensa.

- Responsible for entering invoices and Bill of Lading in Inbound Delivery within the SAP system.

- Monitor relevant information to keep the 5s program running.

- Measuring operational effectiveness with various analytics.

**Requirements:**

- English C2 (understand everything you hear or read).

- Completed Professional Career.

- Experience 3 years.

- Knowledge in Oracle system (desirable).

- Office Suite + SAP.

**Physical requirements/work environment:**

Travel more than 80% of your workday within your work center and requires carrying objects under 5 kg more than 80% of your workday, also performs manual labor.
