Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate tax risks.
  3. Provide expert advice on tax matters to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and reports.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our tax practices are aligned with these changes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in a relevant tax role.
  3. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly in Mexico.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
