As the Warehouse Manager at Tive, you'll play a critical role in our growth in the emerging Latin American market. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Comply with inventory procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Process customer sales orders and coordinate shipping and receiving logistics.
  • Adhere to safety and occupational health standards.
  • Supervise and lead the activities of the staff, including hiring, training, and team development.
  • Implement and maintain computer-based storage systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes.
  • Prepare performance reports and analyze data to improve operations.
  • Manage budgets and report any deviations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management and operations.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • High School Education or a technical degree is required.
  • Experience working with shipping tools and software.
  • Local knowledge of courier shipping and parcel services.
  • Advanced skills in computer-based Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Availability to work during established company working hours.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
