About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert IT Compliance Specialist to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide Sa. As a key member of our IT Hub, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the NUSA ISMS, including required control expansion
  • Manage the NUSA SCI, working with accountable owners to ensure compliance
  • Assist in the management of onboarding Cloud, 3rd Party Hosted and On Premise solutions, ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Manage the NUSA Account Approval Process
  • Lead and onboard M&A Projects to ensure compliance with Nestle Standards
  • Partner with NUSA/NIM Internal Controls to develop a common PCI approach and methodology
  • Participate in the continued development of the NUSA Incident Response Program
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of the NIST, COBIT or ISO27002 Framework
  • Working knowledge of Nestle ISMS Cyber Risk Framework
  • Nestle framework providing Security Protocol Standards and Controls
  • Working knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Tools
  • Working knowledge of Payment Card Industry (PCI) Standards and Requirements
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Cyber Security Experience, understanding current cyber threats
