At North American Production Sharing, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
  • Supervise a team of talent attraction specialists to ensure successful recruitment processes.
  • Maintain close communication with internal and external clients to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze department metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations areas to develop and implement talent attraction plans and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in recruiting 4.0 and managing ATS recruiting systems.
  • Supervisory experience and knowledge of compensation and wages.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Professional career in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
