Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items to improve program performance.
  • Provide expertise and support with contract negotiations and interdepartmental activities.
  • Oversee the coordination of product life cycle activities, including product development, delivery, and quality assurance.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for customer issues.
  • Monitor and track project and program deliverables to ensure they meet business and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Accountability for program wellness and ability to drive business results.
  • Expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of the company's business.
