We are seeking a highly skilled APQP, PPAP, Launch Engineer to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with major automotive industry clients, including Stellantis, Ford, and GM, to ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client quality systems, including IATF and ISO standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor actions derived from client notifications, including quality meetings, status updates, and follow-up on 8D analysis.
  • Prepare and present documentation required for the closure of corrective actions to clients.
  • Monitor customer quality systems and provide customer service to follow up on quality-related issues and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in customer and quality system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client quality systems and ensure seamless integration with our own quality processes.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality systems, including IATF and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools, such as SPC.
  • Fluency in English, with a minimum of 80% proficiency.
