Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Java Software Engineer to design, develop, and test software applications using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, experience with cloud-based technologies, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Provide accurate estimates and reports of development progress
  • Develop unit test programs for assigned tasks
  • Work with product management, quality assurance, and system architects to ensure code meets system requirements and design specifications
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Assist management with technical evaluation of issues, including alternatives, risk assessments, and recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-based technologies
  • 3+ years of experience working in a multi-tier distributed architecture environment
  • Experience with standard software development tools, including collaboration tools, IDEs, testing, revision control, and project management tools
  • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
