- Support Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and implement specifications, manage suppliers, and oversee the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor and analyze metrics such as scrap and productivity to ensure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions and follow up on their completion.
- Review and analyze scrap reports with the manufacturing engineer to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Support other departments in resolving manufacturability issues and ensuring that processes are safe, of high quality, and on target costs.
- Support 5's initiatives and promote a culture of teamwork, positive attitude, leadership, and discipline.
- Actively promote company values, mission, and vision, and ensure that all functions adhere to the Quality Policy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an accredited university.
- Recent graduate from an engineering school or 1 year of experience as a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer.
- English proficiency (60% or higher) in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 or similar quality standards.
- Proficiency in CAM/CAD software, MS Office, Minitab, and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project administration and Gantt charts.
