Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to a competitive salary, Burberry offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales associates to improve overall selling skills and close sales to achieve sales goals and KPIs
  • Drive sales for assigned categories, including partnering with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training
  • Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and set the pace and standard for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Coach and provide feedback to the team to ensure all customers are serviced with the full Burberry Experience
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to handle complex customer service issues, including dissatisfied customers and complaints
  • Fluent and professional communication skills
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales (1-2 years)
