**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and follow-up duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).

**Key Responsibilities**

• Plan demand according to customer requirements and capacity and material availability
• Review Parts Kits List for stock availability and advise Senior Buyer/Planner of zero shortage conditions
• Enter material requirements into the computer system on a daily basis
• Assist stockroom clerk with pulling of PKL's when kiting increases and assistance is required
• Prepare and maintain various management reports and metrics in Excel
• Plan work order parts requirements on a daily basis
• Assist technicians with independent parts issues as required
• Monitor new parts received and prioritize through the system as required
• Reschedule the system as required to maintain continuity of workflow and monitor assignments for consolidations and special instructions
• Expedite material as required to meet expected turn-around times and customer requirements

**Requirements**

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor degree
• Aerospace experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Computer skills required
• Bilingual Spanish-English
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge
