**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Java Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing software solutions using Agile methodologies and approaches that satisfy user stories and requirements.
You will participate in project planning by investigating solutions to problems and providing the best estimates. Additionally, you will aid sustaining efforts by providing product knowledge and consultation.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of applicable software development experience
- Proficiency in Java programming and web-based technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and Java servlets
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Advanced English language skills
Bonus Requirements:
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) knowledge
- CSS3, jQuery, Angular, Ajax, JSP, and Gradle experience
**Soft Skills**
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment
**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
