- Coordinate and support Orange, Green Belts, and Operations personnel in developing projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Serve as a team facilitator during the development of kaizen events, supporting the evaluation and implementation of best practices
- Follow up on the implementation and monitoring of the CS Continuous Improvement System
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Disciplines
- 2 years experience in Continuous Process or Manufacturing Engineering Environment
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Experience leading Projects
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Tools
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT)
- Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt)
- SAP
- Financial justification/validation of projects
