In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the supply chain, including improving purchasing processes, logistics, creating supplier relations, optimizing inventory days, and patient billing processes at the Latin American level.

- Support logistics planning for warehouses, distribution, and suppliers.
- Analyze data to identify trends, review existing procedures, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to ensure the organization meets service level requirements.
- Understand the role of the supply chain in the patient care experience.
- Develop strategies to improve logistics operations efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain and provide solutions.
- Create reports and presentations on logistics performance for management.
- Update databases to ensure cost-effective means are used.
- Manage project issues with CHRISTUS leadership and escalate as needed.
- Coordinate local team reviews and approvals of processes defined at the LatAm level.

Requirements
">Education:
">- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Experience:
">- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- 2+ years of experience in hospital supply chain processes.
- Experience in cost management and resource optimization is highly desirable.
- Previous experience managing small to medium scope and complexity projects.
