- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in medical imaging diagnostics, technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-18 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, or 5+ years as an application specialist in a specific modality, with in-depth knowledge of DR/CT/MR/PET-CT systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, with a demonstrated passion for working closely with colleagues and external partners to drive results.
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English language proficiency, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Prior experience working with major competitors (e.g. GE, Philips, Siemens) is considered beneficial.
