Key Responsibilities:- Acting as a sparring partner to the Finance Director, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
- Leading and developing the Finance Business Control team, ensuring effective financial planning and analysis.
- Supporting internal controls, legal, and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Generating, monitoring, and interpreting financial and tactical reports, identifying key gaps and areas for improvement.
- Liaising with the Mexico MT and BU Latam teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Coordinating monthly accounting closing and rolling forecast preparation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Preparing strategic planning projections and monthly business results meetings, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Executing internal control, internal and external audit, statutory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis and projects, including savings tracking, dashboard design, and contract review.
