Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of supply chain activities to meet customer demands.

The successful candidate will be skilled in order processing, backorder monitoring, and enquiry handling, with a strong focus on customer care and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor backorders and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently, providing clear and concise information regarding deliveries, delays, and other concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer details and price agreements, ensuring seamless sales representative support.
  • Manage case management in Salesforce, collecting and sharing leads, projects, and competitor details as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (conversational)
  • Customer-oriented experience with a focus on details
  • PC skills – MS office
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving
  • SAP (desirable)

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market conditions.
