About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Collections Analyst to join our Global Direct Collection Team. As a key member of our team, you will build strategic relationships with customers, understand their business models, and identify challenges in the payment process. Your expertise will help us improve payments and accelerate cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Send consolidated account statements to AP contacts and follow up on disputes
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues
  • Conduct critical calls with Order Management groups to review dispute status and negotiate resolution timelines
  • Communicate effectively with Credit Analysts, Sales, and Account Management teams to inform financial decisions
  • Evaluate and escalate cases without a clear resolution path to Director and VP level
  • Participate in business enhancement projects across countries and regions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Administration, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced English language skills, with knowledge of additional languages a plus
  • 2-4 years of experience in collection, customer service, accounts payable, or receivable
  • Understanding of collection strategies and financial concepts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
  • Understanding of Quote to Cash process
