Regulatory Systems Support Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Systems Support Manager to join our team at GSK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our Regulatory Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to Regulatory Systems, ensuring compliance with ITMS standards throughout their lifecycle.
- Offer first-line support to global users, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a team of support specialists in Mexico, providing guidance and oversight to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Project Teams to drive alignment with ITMS standards and processes, ensuring compliance for implemented systems.
- Contribute to 'Go-Live' and cutover planning, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful system deployments.
- Monitor and analyze system metrics, usage stats, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and shape system requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Chemical Pharmacist Biologist specialized in Systems, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Support roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and services.
- Advanced English language skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous line manager experience, with a strong leadership and team management background.
- Veeva Vault experience, with a solid understanding of its capabilities and applications.
- Soft skills, including communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Project Management skills, with experience in leading projects and teams.
- Power BI and Service Now experience, with a solid understanding of their capabilities and applications.
