We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Xbox team at Microsoft. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading complex cross-team initiatives to drive product innovation and differentiation within the games industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead large-scale cross-team initiatives from conception to execution, informed by data and aligned to Microsoft's Gaming goals.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including designers, engineers, artists, and studios, to manage relationships and ensure smooth project execution.
- Help manage cross-functional workstreams to develop concepts into detailed product plans, including roadmaps and resource planning.
- Lead project teams to achieve goals, resolve dependencies, evaluate risk, and continuously monitor and improve processes to optimize project outcomes.

**Requirements**
- Minimum of 7+ years experience as a Product Manager in a consumer environment or equivalent experience.
