Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist to join our team at Yanfeng Automotive. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities within the HR function, including support activities such as scheduling conferences and meetings, providing department reporting, and running reports on departmental systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
- Audit preparation and payroll responsibilities.
- Requisition elaboration for services within the HR department and contract administration.
- Employee support, ad hoc inquiries, and monitoring the performance evaluation process.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conduct new-employee orientations; write and place advertisements in collaboration with the staffing department.
- Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
- Responsible for employee documentation and benefits administration, including medical insurance and life insurance.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
