Company Overview:
Sensata Technologies is dedicated to enhancing its Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) framework and team. We are looking for a skilled individual with a strong analytical mindset to contribute to the advancement of reporting and analytics within our Global SIOP division.

Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner, capable of mastering new tools and methodologies, while also exhibiting critical and creative thinking. The SIOP Analyst will leverage leading BI tools and reporting solutions, demonstrating persistence in driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in developing future capacity plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
• Organize the integration of the supply chain to achieve consistent and timely performance across all accounts.
• Engage in measuring and monitoring specific product and program categories.
• Conduct thorough analyses of extensive data sets to enhance demand planning predictability.

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.

Accountabilities:
• Communicate progress on improvement initiatives with team members.
• Drive processes to enhance planning visibility and accuracy in alignment with Annual Planning targets.
• Identify issues and develop solutions for inventory optimization, forecast accuracy, and capacity planning.
• Improve and simplify current SIOP reporting across various dimensions.
• Gather data requirements for exception-based reporting and support the Monthly Operating System at various organizational levels.
• Utilize expertise in data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE).
• Automate analytic techniques to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Job Requirements:
• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems, preferably Oracle VCP suite (ASCP, Demantra, IO) or similar tools.
