Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining accurate and timely payroll delivery, while also providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support the proper performance of payroll core activities, including voluntary and non-voluntary terminations, paychecks calculations, and local payroll tax calculation-payment.
- Manage local payroll tasks, such as restaurant and grocery coupons monthly requests, and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Address and resolve payroll incidences through our ticketing tool.
- Assist in testing process to payroll system changes.
- Bachelor's degree or unfinished bachelor's degree related to administrative areas.
- Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data.
- High level of integrity and judgment.
- English skills.
- Excel (Intermediate).
