Invoice Processor

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our Finance team at Kellanova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire invoice or credit note flow, from reception to posting in our SAP system. Your expertise will be crucial in determining taxes and withholdings, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

• Follow up on invoice workflow and posting invoices, credit notes, and other documents into the SAP system for LATAM.
• Elaborate metrics reports and perform accounting or administrative activities.
• Develop an understanding of business elements connected to financial information and make journal entries for TAT (Trade allowances) Register.
• Register credit notes received and returns to suppliers.
• Perform foreign trade invoices and carry out other activities related to your position as requested.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
• Desirable experience in Finance, Accounting, and Fiscal positions.
• English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
• SAP, MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point knowledge.
• Ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, detail-oriented, and service-oriented.
