**Job Summary**

As a Fixed Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining general accounting systems. You will provide accurate records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions, and analyze accounting records to give advice or prepare statements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing journal entries and financial statements for monthly and year-end closing.
  • Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
  • Detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, in preparation of balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
  • Auditing contracts, orders, and vouchers and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
  • Developing and recommending control systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Responding to questions from managers and interpreting reports to managers.

**Job Qualifications**

**Knowledge Requirements**

We are looking for a task-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to adjust multiple priorities in a short period of time and manage Microsoft Platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Administration is required, along with 3 years of experience in Financial areas. SAP experience is preferred, and experience in programming and developing automations is a plus.
