About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Gft Technologies Se. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of software projects from start to end, including leading other resources of similar or less experience.
  • Design and develop software systems using Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain existing systems, identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimization solutions.
  • Work with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools like Team City/Jenkins/Octopus.
  • Develop and maintain middle tier and back-end development, web APIs, microservices, message queues, and database interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain scripting and automation tools, such as Power Shell and Python.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server or other database technology.
  • Develop and maintain Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of distributed environments, including microservices, AWS, identity server, and dockers.
  • Develop and maintain experience with Threading and Performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain software quality, testing procedures, and build automation tools.
  • Develop and maintain Unit Testing, Mocking, and Dependency Injection frameworks.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrable work experience as software engineer, software developer, or similar function.
  • Ability to lead, own, and drive projects from start to end, including leading other resources of similar or less experience.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
  • Knowledge of the Principles & Patterns of Agile Software.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools like Team City/Jenkins/Octopus.
  • Experience on middle tier and back-end development, web APIs, microservices, message queues, database interfaces.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (for instance Power Shell, Python).
  • Experience with SQL Server or other database technology.
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
