Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, technologists, analysts, content specialists, and others to identify, prioritize, and launch products or features that drive customer and business value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial knowledge and combine it with customer pain points to create an ongoing product vision that delivers the best digital value to our customers, encompassing product onboarding, credit education, and financial tools.
  • Establish a product strategy and roadmap that addresses customer needs and business objectives, potentially spanning multiple product teams.
  • Build a shared team vision and secure buy-in on priorities through effective written and verbal communication.
  • Analyze customer and product data to improve the performance of new product features.
  • As a product owner, you will be accountable for the outcomes of your tech team and responsible for the roadmap and priorities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver customer experiences and digital products.
  • Experience with digital platforms for agile product development (Jira, Basecamp).
Key Objectives
  • Elevate the overall customer experience and service quality of the credit and loan payment experience.
  • Improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES) by addressing financial education, creating a seamless payment experience, and ensuring real-time payment reflection.
Requirements
  • A high degree of problem-solving and a commitment to delighting customers at every touchpoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead a squad of designers, frontend and backend engineers.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading daily stand-up meetings, grooming and prioritizing the product backlog, and acting as the main liaison between the squad and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to execute the product roadmap and monitor key results.
