Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily, weekly, and monthly SLA/KPI/MIS reports preparation, as well as managing the daily KPIs and work allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of all daily, weekly, and monthly governance slides.
- Manage the team and their leave, vacation, and appraisals.
- Review the team's day-to-day activities, including invoicing, audit requests, analysis, and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process.
- Manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, adhering to deadlines.
- Understand the clients' requirements and deliver accordingly.
- Develop and manage effective working relationships within the organization and with key stakeholders.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Experience in team management.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as relationship management.
- Transformation and automation experience.
- Ability to work in complex customer and process situations, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Openness to rolling up sleeves to get to the details.
