Advisory Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations risk management, audit, and internal compliance team, you will be responsible for executing and delivering solutions to our clients.

• Work with clients to understand their governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) business, processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on best practices and usage of our products to achieve best results.
• Leverage our methodology to configure and implement our GRC products (Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, ESG).
• Enable customers to use our product to manage their GRC business.
• Ensure a good customer experience during the implementation journey.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of the services contracted by customers.
• Proactively identify changes to contracted services and engage Delivery Managers to manage for appropriate handling.

• 2-5 years of experience in an internal or external client-facing or consulting role.
• Preferrable, 1-2 years supporting GRC programs or solutions with focus on Audit, Risk Management, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and Reporting.
• Ability to effectively engage customers in solution discussions in the above-mentioned domain.
• Preferrable, 1-2-year experience in implementing and supporting technology products preferably for a Policy Management Software.
• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver in tight timeframes and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment.
• Preferrable, but not mandatory to have Python scripting experience.

• Amazing communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with GRC and/or analytics tool is a plus.
• Experience in a platform-based products/solutions is an added advantage.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Administration, Compliance Management, Audit and Risk Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security or MIS) is a plus.
