About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Coaching Supervisor to join our Phone Application Support (PAS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing coaching and support to our agents, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and lead a team of Phone Application Support agents to maximize revenue and achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, set clear expectations, and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and agents to achieve departmental goals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual skills (Fluent English B2 or higher / Spanish).
