- Collaborate with other supervisors and agents to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 6+ months of experience in a call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual skills (Fluent English B2 or higher / Spanish).
