Job Requirements
  • Age: 28-43 years old
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or international trade
  • Eduaction: Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, Business, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate import traffic and customs clearance activities to ensure timely delivery of products
  2. Track and report shipment status, and maintain accurate documentation
  3. Manage Bill of Materials Analysis, Petition Requirements, Automatic Notices, and Import Permits to ensure compliance with regulations
  4. Work closely with Custom Broker and Hyundai Glovis to resolve delays and improve processes
  5. Conduct Risk Assessment to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
  6. Manage the use of VUCEM, Automatic Notices, PROSEC, REGLA 8va, and other tools to streamline operations
  7. Assist with NAFTA qualification of finished products and comprehensive knowledge of rules of origin and free trade agreements
  8. Classify various basic products using the Harmonized Tariff (HScode) for Mexican Customs purposes
