**Job Summary**:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fulfill order management related activities for distributors and projects teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, maintaining daily usage of the CQM and Bid Manager tools, and facilitating proper and efficient information flow to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division-wide performance expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Fulfill order management related activities for distributors and projects teams

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Maintain daily usage of the CQM tool

• Maintain daily usage of the Bid Manager tool

• Facilitate proper and efficient information flow to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division-wide performance expectations

• Handle high-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring diligence to detail

• Analyze and resolve customer credit requests

• Determine if an engineer needs to go on site to repair or replace an Eaton product with Warranty

**Requirements**:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• 2 years of experience in similar positions

• Customer interaction experience

• Experience in electrical compound warranty

• Assembled Product Warranty Expertise

• Electrical Diagram Experience

**Preferred Skills**:

• Technical knowledge of CRM software and SAP

• Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of Vista, Order Center and Mentor software

• High ability to speak, write, and read English

• Fully bilingual
