Job Summary

Uline is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales initiatives across our Mexican branches and sales offices. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and driving best practices throughout the territories nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support sales directors, managers, and trainers in Mexico to implement targeted strategies that meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Conduct joint calls throughout our Mexican territories to evaluate performance and coach sales staff.
  • Deliver hands-on, field-oriented training and mentorship to develop the overall capabilities of the Mexico sales team.
  • Communicate and present company updates and directives to branch and corporate sales leaders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management with strong coaching skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, with an industrial, distribution, or business services focus preferred.
  • Travel to Uline's Mexico locations up to 50% of the year, with some travel to the U.S.
