  • Manage budgets and resources allocated to automation, NPD, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, NPD, and continuous improvement management.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies such as robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is a plus.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
