  • Conduct system level reviews with other Design Groups
  • Manage cost and weight of assigned parts to meet or exceed targets
  • Warranty reduction/JDP IQS data analysis for making recommendations to improve customer dissatisfaction items
  • Work with Nissan global team (USA/Japan/Mexico) to coordinate development projects and review Nissan internal specifications, requirements, and standards for electronics (hardware and software)
  • Closely coordinate with suppliers to achieve Nissan test requirements
  • Conduct logical problem-solving activities through root cause analysis and countermeasure proposal to effectively close concern issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronic Engineering (Completed degree)
  • Nissan School / Internship in automotive industry or electronic industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Communication Protocols, Embedded systems, Microcontrollers & Signals
  • Desirable: Knowledge of DRBFM (FMEA/Root Cause Analysis)
  • Lab equipment: Multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generator
  • Language: English - Advanced Level (Business Fluent). Interaction with Japan, France, USA, international suppliers
  • Computer Skills: NX CAD, MS Office Suite
  • Programming (Desirable): Python, Matlab, other
