**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to implement our organization's HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, labor relations, and employee experience. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of HR initiatives, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees
  • Manage relationships with staffing agencies and lead recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR processes, personnel administration, and compliance with benefits and services
  • Lead and deploy HR process automation, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes, maintaining a fair and respectful work environment
  • Liaise with unions or works councils, as needed, to maintain positive labor relations
  • Facilitate the annual merit review cycle, ensuring fair and equitable compensation
  • Collaborate with group and corporate leadership to develop and implement compensation and benefit schemes
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of HR staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent personnel management and development skills
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ownership of results
  • Ability to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction
