Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crop Protection Coordinator to join our team at our Promex facility in Guanajuato, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring crop protection protocols, ensuring the highest quality seeds are produced.
Key Responsibilities
- Train a team of 10 colleagues on pest and disease monitoring protocols
- Develop and implement hygiene protocols for compliance with Good Seed Production Practices (GSPP)
- Manage inventory and control costs of products for pest and disease control
- Review compliance with official regulations for the management and disposal of agrochemicals
- Oversee rouging activities inside the greenhouse
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture or a related field
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Previous experience in disease control and management
