  • Keep abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 7 years in UX Design, Design Strategy, and Systems Thinking.
  • At least 2 years in a relevant leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Process and Developer Tools.
  • Skilled in design tools like Figma and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with complex enterprise-class applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing software products/applications.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the design process from inception to finalization.
  • Understanding of design's impact on product value, user needs, business goals, and brand equity.
  • Proficient in managing large data sets and making data user-friendly.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at using narratives and user journeys.
  • Fluent in English at a B2+ level.
