**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Relations Manager to join our team at Ips Especialistas En Rh.

Estimated Salary: $30,000 pesos before taxes and law benefits

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, with a strong focus on labor laws and regulations. They will be responsible for ensuring harmonious relationships between the company, workers, and union, promoting productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company before labor authorities, ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures.
  • Negotiate wage increases, benefits, and conditions with the union.
  • Resolve labor conflicts, such as strikes, stoppages, or dismissals, while preserving the well-being of the company.
  • Create and enforce employer-employee agreements.
  • Carry out onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Participate in chambers of commerce associated with the company.
  • Aid labor authorities in audits.
  • Address worker complaints, reports, cases, and non-conformities.
  • Ensure approved employee handbooks and internal work regulations are adhered to by all staff.
  • Manage social security ST-7 & ST-9 cases.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
  • Supervise and support recruitment processes at all levels, documenting them properly.
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Oversee performance evaluation systems to meet expected goals and prepare training needs analysis.
  • Establish and analyze management indicators, formulating strategies based on best practices.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate HR department activities, aligning with company objectives and policies.
  • Identify staff problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep daily records of recruitment and personnel requisitions, as well as employee management reports on overtime rates, training, absenteeism, etc.
  • Prepare yearly salary increase proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Labor Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar position.
