Strategic Operations Coordinator, LAS Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) team in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to various LAS consultants and team members.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable position. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project coordination/management skills, and experience working with a database is considered a significant asset.
Key Responsibilities- Understand the scope of all assignments which have been outlined and approved including deliverables, timetables, objectives, key stakeholders and capacity.
- Responsible for the assignment administration. Assist in the production of client engagement letters and follow up on receipt of signed documentation from clients and participants as necessary.
- Work closely with client organizations to schedule meetings and resources for one-on-one meetings up to large workshops.
- Prepare, store and manage all production work associated with an assignment from start to finish.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable position.
- Experience in a professional services environment is preferable.
- Strong project coordination/management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with a database is considered a significant asset.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
