Job Description

At Micron, we're transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all. As a Site Security Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage security personnel at a Micron site
  • Develop and implement local security programs to reduce risk to personnel and assets
  • Administer security systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with company directives and laws
  • Lead and monitor performance of security officers on duty
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations as needed
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
  • 5 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of physical security systems and experience with Lenel and ExacqVision
  • Professional certification in a security-related field
  • Association with security-related consultants, vendors, and professional organizations
